Hilton Head Island is a slice of paradise in South Carolina. It has many different resorts to choose from to stay on the island. The resort we chose to stay at was The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa.
The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa:
This resort was phenomenal. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. We felt as if we were on a little paradise the entire trip. You would never have to leave the resort property if you didn’t want to. Everything is at your fingertips there that you would need.
We would wake up each day and walk down to the beach. This resort is beach front property. You step out straight onto the beach. You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes at the resort. Now if you’re not much of a beach person you may lay out at the pools that are at the resort. I did that a few afternoons when the sun went down and it was pure serenity.
The food at the resort was amazing. We ate breakfast and lunch there each day. The bartenders made great drinks and you could just walk up and sit at the bar anytime you please. You could also walk up and enjoy breakfast and lunch anytime you wanted. It was not crowded at all. It was your own paradise.
We did venture out at night to try different food places and shops. Here are other places to shop and eat on Hilton Head Island:
